Kristy loves cooking, and out of this (and 30 years of undiagnosed ADHD) her alter ego plantbasedkristy was born. She’s spent summers in the wilds of the Canadian North as a cook for treeplanters, slung smoothies and cocktails at downtown vegan restaurants, and served as a culinary consultant. Her food styling and writing have been featured by several major brands and chains including Whole Foods, T.O.F.U Magazine, Thrive Magazine, Ben & Jerrys, Earth Balance and more.
